Cancellation

We advise everyone to get a travel and cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation of the agreement, the guest is, in addition to the reservation fee, also indebted to the following cancellation costs:

  • From date of booking till 30 days upon arrival 20%
  • From 29 days till 15 days upon arrival 30%
  • From 14 days till 8 days upon arrival 50%
  • From 7 days till 1 day upon arrival 80%
  • When the guest does not arrive on the agreed date 95%

EnjoyLaPalma cannot be held accountable for the incorrect booking of flights by its guests. (For instance, Las Palmas).

No groups allowed

Bookings by groups of young people (under 25 years) are not allowed.

Damage in or to the apartment

If for any reason something got damaged in or to the apartment such as tableware, devices or furniture etc., the tenant has to inform the hostess about this at least one day before departure. When this happens, the hostess will survey the damage so the finances can be settled. If the tenant does not report the damage within the given time frame, the damage will be charged later on. Upon arrival you pay a € 300 deposit to our hostess Lara. You will receive a receipt for this. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay,
provided there is no damage to the apartment.

Change of a reservation

If guests want to change their reservation, Enjoy La Palma could charge a 50 Euro changing fee.
The client itself is responsible for providing the information necessary to establish and process a correct reservation.

Liability

Enjoy La Palma does not accept any liability regarding damage to and theft or loss of property of its guests, as well as injuries or accidents harmed to guests, no matter the cause of this.

Force majeure

If, as a result of circumstances beyond one’s control, Enjoy La Palma has to cancel a reservation, the completed deposit will be refunded. Enjoy La Palma does not accept any liability regarding remaining, by the guest endured damage. No claims can be made on any form of reimbursement.

Additional information

  • The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator. The view on the other hand is amazing!
  • The apartment is part of a complex in which a number of permanent residents also live.
    We therefore ask you to take your neighbours into account.
